Business Development Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for driving our revenue growth by owning the entire sales process from start to finish.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Proactively prospect and generate leads within our ideal client profiles (MedSpas, Dentists).
- Conduct discovery calls to qualify leads and diagnose their needs.
- Present our solutions, handle objections, and close deals to hit monthly targets.
Ideal Candidate:
- A 'Hunter-Closer' with 2-5 years of experience selling digital or software services to SMBs.
- A consultative seller who listens and positions value effectively.
- Motivated by a revenue target of $20,000+/month. (Experience selling to medical practices is a huge bonus).
Content Marketer

This is a critical role designed to build our authority and trust in the market. You will be responsible for creating the content that warms up prospects and provides "air cover" for our sales team, making their entire process more effective.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute a content calendar based on the pain points of our ideal clients.
- Write high-quality, SEO-optimized articles and blog posts that attract our target audience.
- Interview happy clients and transform their success stories into powerful case studies.
- Develop lead magnets (guides, checklists) to capture leads and grow our email list.
- Create sales enablement materials to support the Growth Lead.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- An exceptional B2B writer and storyteller, adept at using AI tools to enhance efficiency.
- A strategic thinker who understands how content fits into the buyer's journey.
- Proficient in SEO fundamentals, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
- Possesses a "journalist's mindset"—curious, a great researcher, and a skilled interviewer.
- 3-5 years of B2B content marketing experience, ideally in health tech or a related field.
Client Success Manager

This role is the cornerstone of our client relationships and is key to our scalability. You will ensure new clients are successfully onboarded and act as the central point of contact between them and our internal delivery team, preventing bottlenecks and freeing up our sales team to focus on growth.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead new client kickoff calls to set clear expectations, timelines, and goals.
- Act as the central "hub" between clients and our internal team, translating needs into clear tasks.
- Provide regular, proactive progress updates and serve as the client's trusted advisor.
- Ensure project success and identify opportunities for ongoing retainers and upsells.
